Designed a visual flow builder that lets support admins automate multi-step processes, connecting external systems, branching on results, and triggering actions, without writing a single line of code.
Front is a customer operations platform that combines AI with human support.
Support agents were wasting time doing the same repetitive steps by hand, looking up a customer in another system, checking their account status, deciding what to do next. There was no way to connect those steps together inside Front.
